Can yoga vests be dry-cleaned

Yoga sports vests are generally not recommended for dry cleaning. Chemical organic solvents such as tetrachloroethylene used in the dry cleaning process, as well as high-temperature environments, may cause damage to the fabric of yoga vests. For instance, clothing made of chemical fibers will harden under the influence of high temperatures and organic solvents, while yoga sports vests often contain elastic fibers such as spandex and nylon. These fibers may lose their elasticity under dry cleaning conditions, causing the clothes to deform or have a decrease in resilience.
In addition, the cleaning and maintenance of yoga sports vests pay more attention to maintaining their functionality and comfort. Generally speaking, yoga sports vests are suitable for hand washing in cold water, with the water temperature not exceeding 30℃. Use mild detergent and avoid prolonged soaking and forceful wring out. After washing, they should be laid flat to dry as soon as possible, avoiding direct sunlight and drying to extend the service life of the clothes.
