  2. Intact Tags: All original tags must be intact and attached to the items. Removing or damaging the tags will render the items ineligible for return or exchange.

  3. No Stains or Damage: Items must be free from stains, damage, or signs of wear that would prevent them from being sold as new.

  4. Resellable Condition: Items must be in a condition that allows for resale. This means they should be clean, undamaged, and presented in a manner that would be acceptable to other customers.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

  1. Contact Customer Service: Reach out to our customer service team to inform us of your intention to return or exchange items.
  2. Pack Items Securely: Package the items securely in their original packaging, if possible, to prevent any damage during transit.
  3. Include Order Confirmation: Include a copy of your original order confirmation or invoice.
  4. Ship to Specified Address: Send the package back to the address provided by our customer service team.
  5. Process Return: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process the refund or exchange.

Refund Process:

  1. Inspect Items: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned items, we will verify that they meet the refund conditions.
