At Lepeins, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Our return and refund policy is designed to make the process as smooth and worry-free as possible.

📍 EASY LOCAL RETURNS (NEW ZEALAND)

Good news! If you are located in New Zealand, you do NOT need to ship items back overseas. We have a local return warehouse in New Zealand for your convenience.

To start a return, simply contact us at lepeinswork@gmail.com, and we will provide you with the local NZ address.

Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

If you meet the following conditions, you may return or exchange your yoga clothing within 30 days of receiving your order:

  • Unworn Condition: Items must remain in the same unworn condition as when you received them. They should not have been used, washed, or altered in any way.
  • Intact Tags: All original tags must be intact and attached to the items.
  • Original Condition: Items must be free from stains, damage, or signs of wear (e.g., makeup or deodorant stains).

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Customer Service: Email us at lepeinswork@gmail.com with your Order Number and reason for return.
  2. Pack Items Securely: Place the items back in their original packaging if possible.
  3. Include Order Info: Please write your Order Number (e.g., #1024) on a piece of paper and include it inside the package. No need to print the full invoice!
  4. Ship to Local Address: Send the package to the NZ address provided by our team.

Refund Process

  • Inspection: Once we receive your return at our NZ warehouse, we will inspect the items (usually within 2-3 business days).
  • Refund: If approved, a refund will be automatically applied to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for your bank to process the funds.

Exclusions

  • Final Sale Items: Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" cannot be returned unless defective. (Regular items purchased with a discount code ARE eligible for returns).
  • Personalized Items: Custom-made items are non-returnable.

Important Notes

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost to our NZ warehouse, unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item.
  • Currency: Refunds will be issued in the original currency of the purchase (NZD).
